How to Upload
Click on Choose File and select the image or video you wish to upload. Once selected, the name of your file should appear where it did say No file chosen. Next click on the Upload File button. You can upload JPG and PNG images and video files in the MP4 format. Files can be no larger than 100 meg. Please understand it may take a couple of minutes to upload larger files. When the upload is complete you will be get a confirmation page.
